NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING ON AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2018 NATIONAL HOUSING TRUST FUND (NHTF) PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANUAL

The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) is the Designated Administrator of the NHTF Program. The NHTF Program Operations Manual includes the following: General Requirements: Eligible Activities, Eligible Recipients; Maximum Per-Unit Development Subsidy Limits; Minimum Number of Proposed Units; Application Process: ADFA Housing Priorities and Scoring Criteria; Barriers to Addressing the Extremely Low Income and Veteran Extremely Low Income Population; Compliance with NHTF Regulations; and Performance Goals.

ADFA has completed a draft amendment to the NHTF Program Operations Manual and hereby presents the draft for public review and comment. The comment period will extend for thirty days beginning July 8, 2019. Public comments will be considered for inclusion in the Amendment to the NHTF Operations Manual. Written comments must be received during the 30-day public comment period to be considered.
