The Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) will hold a special meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., in the Razorback Room, 6th Floor, Department of Commerce Building, One Commerce Way, Little Rock, AR 72202.
The sole item on the agenda is consideration and possible adoption of a policy authorizing remote attendance by Board members at future ADFA Board meetings, as required under Act 505 of 2025, which amended the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq.).
The meeting is open to the public.
