Program Activity Reports

The FY2019 Annual Report of Program Activity organizes the work of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority into two categories: Lending Programs and Non-Lending Activities. Lending Programs include Affordable Housing, Development Finance, Venture Capital, and Student Loans. Non-Lending Activities include Housing Compliance Monitoring, Bond Indebtedness, and research and analysis conducted by the Economic Policy Division.
