Public Comment Hearing - Revised Design Standards for New Construction and Rehabilitation

The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (“ADFA”) hereby gives notice that a public comment hearing on ADFA’s revised “Design Standards for New Construction and Rehabilitation” will be held at 9:00 a.m. on August 1, 2024, by Zoom and in person at ADFA, 2nd Floor-Riverview Meeting Room,1 Commerce Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by Zoom and provide input relative to the revised design standards.  If you are unable to attend, written comments will be accepted until August 8, 2024.
