NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by a representative of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (the “Authority”) on the question of the issuance of not to exceed $150,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of revolving loan fund revenue bonds (the “Bonds”) by the Authority.
The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to make loans to local governmental entities and other qualified borrowers in the State of Arkansas (“Borrowers”) and to pay the costs of issuing the Bonds. The proceeds of the Bonds loaned to Borrowers will be used to accomplish capital improvements to Borrowers’ public infrastructure systems, including but not limited to, wastewater systems and water systems.
Any persons interested may express their views, both orally and in writing, on the proposed issuance of the Bonds before a representative of the Authority, at 10:00 a.m. on October 2, 2025, in the offices of the Authority, located at 1 Commerce Way, Suite 602, Little Rock, Arkansas.
