HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP)

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides funding to assist individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations, by providing housing, rental assistance, supportive services, and non-congregate shelter, to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the country. These grant funds will be administered through HUD’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).

  • ADFA offers forgivable loans to Non-Profits for the Eligible Activities
  • All HOME-ARP-assisted NCS housing must meet a 15-year restricted period

This portal is for Federal Housing Programs and is used for the submission of federal housing program applications and is an interactive tool to track the status of all housing applications submitted.

  • Federal Housing Program Applications are submitted through the portal
  • Applicants have access to Housing Program Guides and Program Forms and Documents
  • Applicants can track the status of current applications and the historical history of previous submitted applications
  • Applicants have access to all applications submitted and their program documents. (Application Award or Denial Notice, Program Agreements, and other Legal Documents)
  • Project draw requests for reimbursement are processed thru the portal
