Our HOME-ARP Program and Emergency Solutions Grant provide vital resources and funding to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, helping them achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency. Need housing assistance? While ADFA administers housing programs, we do not work directly with the public to provide individual assistance. HOME-ARP
The American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides assistance to individuals and households who are or at risk of becoming homelessness in order to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the country.
