HOME-ARP Non-Congregate Funding $6,999,801.15 to acquire, rehabilitate, or
construct NCS housing units to serve individuals and families of the Qualifying
Populations as defined in Notice CPD-21-10.
Applicants responding to this funding opportunity must be ready to build NCS
housing within twelve (12) months of the award date.
The application period is Wednesday, June 10, 2026 – Monday, August 3, 2026.
Complete and competitive applications must be submitted via Portal by 4:30 p.m.,
Monday, August 3, 2026. Applications received after 4:30 p.m. will automatically be
denied.
