Arkansas Homeowner Assistance Fund (ArkansasHAF)
The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) will receive approximately $54 million of direct assistance from the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) allocated from the U.S. Treasury. The ArkansasHAF Program is intended to provide funds to help low to moderate-income homeowners avoid financial hardships such as delinquent mortgages, defaults, foreclosures and loss of utilities after January 21, 2020.
ADFA has built a website https://arkansashaf.com to educate and inform potential applicants in Arkansas by providing status updates about the program launch. Interested individuals can also submit a form for be notified when the Application Portal opens.
