State of Arkansas HOME American Rescue Plan Document Links

The State of Arkansas anticipates receiving approximately $37.5 million in grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2021 program year.  The amount includes funding for the American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), to be administered by the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA). The State has completed a draft of the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan for the 2021 Program Year.  Please see the attached:
